    It's been forever since I did yoga for more than 10 min and didn't stop in the middle of the video although I really wanted. Getting back to something I loved and still love is way more challenging than I thought it would be

    Hey, Lesley! This was my first practice after I gave birth in June and I'm so happy I decided to start again! Can you recommend me some of your videos for recovering the core muscles? I have some trouble getting in upward facing dog now. It feels like a lot of stretch. Thanks! πŸ™‚

    Great class, Lesley. I don't understand, though, how one can acquire the shoulder mobility to engage the seated posture where you hook your arm around your left or right knee and bring your hands behind you. How do you work into such a pose in increments before achieving it. I feel that my shoulders are mobile, but it just feels like my arms would need to be twice as long to successfully wrap them around my leg.

    I popped over from MYP to do a quickie today as I’ve had a crazy physical week and wanted to treat myself to a shorter class as a reward for working through month 3 of the Shine program. I didn’t realise how strong I’ve gotten since joining at the beginning of this year and working my way through the amazing challenges. This class would have been difficult beforehand, but I was able to really slow my breath down and breathe effortlessly. The poses came so naturally, it was such a fun class to do. If anyone has any hesitations, MYP has been one of the best investments in myself I’ve made in a while, all for the cost of not even one yoga class done at a studio per month. You won’t regret it, I promise you, there is something for all levels and interests. Thanks Lesley and Duke! X
