Eczema on your eyes is a condition where the skin around your eyes becomes itchy, dry and flaky. Eczema anywhere on your body can be a problem. However, they say that the eyes are the first thing other people notice when they meet you, so, if you have eczema eyes, you have probably experienced some awkwardness because of them.

Flax seed oil contains (ALA) Alpha-linolenic acid . ALA is a type of Omega 3 that can be converted into the DHA and the EPA type that our body needs. As mentioned above, the only problem with ALA is that not everyone is able to convert the ALA into the DHA and the EPA types. Flax seed can be a more desirable way of getting omega 3 since it is plant based. It doesn’t have the fear of the toxins that that fish oil type can possibly contain. You also don’t get the burping after taste of fish. Some people who take flax seed oil complain about bouts of diarrhea but not everyone .
But it is just about impossible to take any current program and apply it to a raw program. Everything changes when you take the raw food approach. What used to harm is now good for you in the uncooked state. So, don’t fear the fat! Just keep all your fat consumption the healthy kind-if you eat any cooked food, be sure it is not cooked fat. Isn’t that simple?
Flax oil is full of omega-3’s that help to reduce inflammation, which can aid in the prevention of arthritis and heart disease. It is also said to help ease constipation. Use Flax oil as a salad dressing or mix it into smoothies to make them extra healthy.
I’ll probably go back to using the peppermint soap this winter, but I’m going to rotate it with a richer, creamier body wash, because even though Dr. Bronner’s soaps are gentle and moisturizing, my skin prefers extra moisture when the weather gets brutally cold.
