2 (Two) Lean And Green Meals On Medifast

If you are anything like me when it comes to weight training, or exercising period for that matter, you hate to miss a workout! When I first started having problems with Reactive Hypoglycemia or Idiopathic Postprandial Syndrome, it affected everything!

And second, you consume only 5 Medifast meals per day as opposed to 7 on the new lifestyle plan. So it will take more products each day which is ultimately going to potentially cost more. People often tell me that they think one diet is cheaper than the other, but I find this misleading since you have to consume 2 more meals per day on one of the diets.

I was amazed as I looked over the meal plans; there were all kinds of goodies, like shakes, snacks, soups – even cappuccino! All my fears about boring eating dissolved; this plan looked absolutely fantastic! But would it be right for me?
