is not safe for you to relax or fall asleep. Good Morning! This is Matt from
Self Health Hypnosis and I welcome you to this 10-minute morning meditation for
positive energy a guided mindfulness meditation where I guide you to discover
the motivation and abilities within you to begin each day with your miracle
morning and approach every day with intention and purpose and I am excited
that you have taken this time for just being with yourself and more importantly
that you have chosen to devote this particular time to yourself each day to
follow along with my voice as best you can
letting each time you come to this meditation being as if it were the first
time if you are already someone who enjoys
our guided meditation and hypnosis perhaps you already have a strong
capacity for mindfulness and visualization and you already know how
to go within to find comfort and calm or maybe you have just found us to begin
the process of deliberately focusing your intention with conscious intent now
to take ten minutes out of your morning with mindful motivation to create change
I wonder if you would be curious to explore how much easier it will be to
bring your abilities into conscious awareness by directing your focus to the
proven modern hypnotic techniques and derick Sounion language patterns making
the commitment now to cultivate and deepen your mindfulness practice and I
wonder how surprised you will be when you start to focus your intention within
and utilize the infinite power of your unconscious mind to empower you to make
useful choices and take clear action and it is wonderful that you have taken
this moment for yourself to discover the resources within you and to bring them
into being all the visions and dreams you have chosen for yourself I will
suggest that you take time now for yourself to find peace and to find an
environment where you can focus on you and allow yourself to relax finding now
a place where you can sit in comfort perhaps you can begin by just resting
back very comfortably and closing your eyes just rest back in the way that is
most comfortable for you right now just resting your hands on your thighs or on
the arms of the chair and as you just settle back comfortably
this will be an opportunity for you to become even more comfortable and to
experience a hypnotic state very easily very gently and very comfortably and as
you rest back he can begin noticing the feelings and sensations in your body
right now just notice some of the sensations that you can be aware of
right now for instance you may like to become aware of the feelings in your
feet or you may notice the sensations in your hands as they rest there or perhaps
you may be aware of how the chair supports your body and as you continue
listening to me and breathing easily and comfortably and deeply you may become
aware of the sensations of your breath noticing for example
that the sensations are different when you breathe in and when you breathe out
just noticing those feelings as you breathe in and feel your lungs and then
notice the release as you breathe out and I wonder if you already know that
mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way on purpose in the present
moment and this kind of attention nurtures
greater awareness clarity and an acceptance of present moment reality it
wakes us up to the fact that our lives unfold only in moments and if we are not
fully present for many of those moments we may not only miss what is most
valuable in our lives but we may also fail to realize the richness and depth
of our possibilities possibilities for growth and transformation it is often said that mindfulness
provides a simple but powerful route for getting ourselves unstuck and back in
touch with our own wisdom and vitality and I wonder if by practicing this
guided meditation you are likely to find that you are more mindful in your life
at other times as well and if you will deepen this process by intentionally
bringing awareness of your breathing and of your body as a whole into as many
moments as you can perhaps noticing that regular morning meditation can help you
to see stressful situations with greater clarity
and to face every day with greater confidence creativity and emotional
balance now this is your moment of silence your moment for being now calm
imagine the energy and enthusiasm of your morning practice when you observe
how much it completely charges your day with positive energy and there may be
challenges before us each day but we can learn to work with them understand them
find meaning in them and use their energies to grow in strength wisdom and
compassion so in this moment this morning
this is your time for self love and to connect mindfully your time to bloom
you deserve a mere 10 minutes out of the 1440 that make up everyone’s day giving
yourself freedom to focus on you a mere moment that can make your day
ahead complete making time for yourself to slowly open up each petal of
gratitude the healing dawning of light being awakened and sustained by the
energy of positivity you

    Dude the first 5min is you talking about getting ready to meditate. I gave up. Super annoying and frustrating for someone who meditates everyday. Sorry but not relaxing at all.
